Do the right thing and the right things will happen to you. That principle has anchored Aaron Call throughout a career that carried him from Operator to Entrepreneur to Enterprise Executive, and into his current role as Chief Operating Officer of G&A Partners, one of the nation’s leading professional employer organizations.
Call grew up watching his father build and lead technology companies, absorbing an early belief that entrepreneurship is less about starting ventures than about building systems that empower people and create opportunity. After graduating from Brigham Young University in 2003, he joined a Fortune 1000 retailer, where within months he developed an inventory management tool that improved how the company allocated product across stores. The experience taught him that innovation often comes from those closest to the work.
In 2005 he stepped fully into his entrepreneurial dream, founding Core Innovative Solutions, a professional employer organization built to help small and mid-sized businesses improve profitability through strategic employer services. The company became a trusted partner across the Intermountain West by combining disciplined operations with highly personalized service. When growth forced a defining decision in 2008, G&A Partners acquired the business, and Call joined its executive team, rising to Chief Operating Officer in 2020.
His honor among the 2026 Salt Lake City Titan 100 reflects the durable systems he has helped construct. Since early 2021 the number of worksite employees G&A Partners serves has grown from roughly fifty-six thousand to more than one hundred thirty thousand, an increase exceeding 135%, driven by strong organic performance and a disciplined acquisition strategy. Call has contributed directly to the due diligence and integration of more than twenty transactions, developing a repeatable framework that aligns people, systems and culture while preserving client relationships.
He has also led the transformation of the service model from transactional outsourcing into a predictive, data-informed partnership. Under his direction the company implemented AI-enabled workflows, automated core operational processes and built decision-support systems that improve accuracy and reduce friction, all while strengthening client retention. The organization now stands as the only company in the country to appear on the Inc. 5000 list 20 times.
Call sustains his own drive through purpose, progress and people, reconnecting regularly to the businesses G&A Partners helps grow and the livelihoods its systems support. He models enthusiasm through urgency, discipline and accountability rather than expecting others to simply adopt it. Colleagues know his approach is grounded in clarity, intensity and high standards.
What he values most, though, is not any growth metric but stewardship: building something that lasts, developing leaders who can carry it forward and creating infrastructure that serves long after any single role evolves. He is proudest that as G&A Partners has grown, it has become stronger rather than merely larger, helping thousands of businesses become better employers while remaining anchored to its mission.
